Quartz Chauffeurs and Quartz Shuttle are not part of the ABTA protection of The Freedom Travel Group Ltd.

Deposits must be paid at the time of receiving the booking form 50% of the total cost is required.


THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DEPARTURE ARE NOT POSSIBLE AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYING THE FULL COST OF THE BOOKING.


Please pay the remainder of the account by fourteen days before departure.


Agreed Price

The times, route and other details of the journey are stipulated on the booking confirmation. Any requests to modify any of these details should be made to us at least a week in advance of the date of travel. Agreed journey changes, including additional pick-up or drop-off points, may result in additional cost to the customer. Any additional cost will be notified to you at the time the requested changes are agreed. The hire agreement includes specified pick up and return times and/or duration of hire. Failure on the part of the customer to adhere to these times may result in additional charges.


*After two, additional pickup/Drop offs a charge of £4.00 per pickup/drop off* applies


Hire Type

Unless you have opted for a continual hire agreement (hourly rate), other customers may have hired the vehicle before or after the outbound or return stages of your journey.


Airport Pick Ups

Quartz Travel will do everything within its power to get you to your chosen airport on time and request that all clients are ready at the designated pick up time, as this could cause a delay and Quartz Travel will not be Held responsible for any delays and missed flight departures.


We will endeavour to accommodate delayed flight times, but cannot be held liable should circumstances prevent us from being able to respond to changes. In the event that we are not reasonably notified of delays, we reserve the right to make additional charges for subsequent collection.


Quartz Travel will not be held responsible for Incorrect information given by the client at the time of booking. In the event of this extra charges will be incurred.


Booking Confirmation

If you are issued a booking confirmation by email or by post it will contain all details of your booking and journey. You are responsible for immediately informing us of any amendments. Changes to the details may result in additional charges or we may not have vehicles available in which case the client acknowledges we have no obligations to perform any service nor to refund any deposit paid. The client accepts that this booking confirmation embodies all the details of the booking and that no employee of Quartz Travel. or any its fulfillment agents have made any promise or undertaking not included on this booking confirmation. If you have not received an email booking confirmation it is your responsibility to immediately inform us. We have no responsibility for delayed or non-delivered mail/emails.


Liability

We are unable to take responsibility for the loss of property left in the vehicle at any time and under any circumstances. In the unlikely event of breakdown or the car being unserviceable (for example in the event of a traffic accident) we will endeavour to provide a back-up vehicle or vehicles as quickly as possible. However we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss incurred as a result of vehicle breakdown or other unavailability. We strive to arrive at pick-up points in advance of agreed times. Occasionally events outside our control (e.g. traffic congestion) cause us to be late.


The client agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Quartz Travel. harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims (including but not limited to legal fees) asserted against Quartz Travel, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed. In any case our total liability is limited in all cases to the booking fee. Additional terms and conditions may be imposed by the fulfillment company, particularly pertaining to cancellation, you will be informed of these by email/mail.


Inappropriate/threating behaviour

Quartz travel have the authority to terminate any contract if any of our Drivers or Staff feel threatened or the safety or any passenger is compromised we have no obligations to perform any service nor to refund any monies paid.


No Smoking allowed at anytime


Quartz Travel Does not allow food or drinks whilst on board for the safety and comfort of all passengers.


Child seats/Boosters must be installed by Client if storage is required it will incur an additional cost of £5 per seat/booster
